Planning for a year of travel

Posted on March 27, 2019June 11, 2019

April 1, 2019

We are in the thick of planning for a year-long journey around the world, starting in early June, 2019. We hope to save you hours of excruciating research by sharing the learnings of our research regarding topics that run the gamut from “How do I prevent life-threatening illness overseas?” to “How do I avoid strangling my travel partner?”

We have pored over various click-bait web articles with titles such as: Best Travel Bags for 2019, Top 5 Laptops for International Travelers, and Three Weird Ways to Cure Dengue Fever with Tea Tree Oil. We have also traveled extensively ourselves, consulted with friends and colleagues who have lived overseas, and done copious research on topics such as cell phone carriers, portable digital devices, luggage options, storage facilities, and health care coverage.

Stay tuned for survival tips…

  • Gateway of the Sun rock formation and archeo-astronomical clock
